We directly work with the factory therefore; we can customize the products and ship directly from the factory almost anywhere in the world using the expedited courier services.

Express shipping service
All the orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, Skynet, to any address in the world. Transit time is 3-5 days from the date of dispatch. Leatheray cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur during transit or delays due to not reachable address. However we will be in contact and inform our customers of any foreseeable delays.
Shipping Charges
Charges are applied by weight and vary in price from country to country. The minimum charges are calculated for you and are shown on the Final Review of your order page, before you pay for the goods. The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s) and may be different from the charge shown on "the final review of your order" page to which you will be informed of on the final delivery charges.
During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.
Customs/Duties/Taxes
When ordering goods from Leatheray for delivery overseas you may be subject to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you, we have no control over said charges and cannot predict beforehand. Returns
We offer a 30 day return policy, we do not offer a refund nor exchange once the product has exceeded the 30 days mark. Refund/Return policies require the product be unused, in original packaging and the same condition upon retrieval.
